PHD IN ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING WITH A SPECIALITY IN APPLIED INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS

A Profile of the Graduate

Graduates of the PhD in Electronic Engineering are defined as being specialists with a solid knowledge in digital systems and in methodologies focused on the development of these systems. These capacities allow our graduates to be incorporated into the industrial sector promoting the adoption of new technologies which resolve problems in the areas of robotics, artificial vision and the control of electromechanical systems. Graduates will also be dedicated to teaching and the development of basic and applied research.

The Workplace

Graduates of the PhD in Electronic Engineering will have the ability to resolve complicated problems in their area of specialization, analyzing, finding solutions and proposing new courses of action. The formation of graduates will allow them to be involved in the following areas:
  • Teaching.
  • Research.
  • Leadership of development groups and research where digital systems are applied.
  • Intelligent systems.
  • Digital systems applied to robotics.
  • Digital systems applied to artificial vision.
  • Digital systems applied to the control of electromechanical systems.
  • Specification and modelling of systems.
