1. Essays. An article with a contribution, analysis, critique and documentation on a theme. It should have clearly identified interpretation and should contain: summary, keywords, introductions, conclusions and a bibliography.
2. Notes.An article with brief findings and contributions based on the results of recent research that still need to be verified. It could be the modification or perfection of some method, technique or analysis. It should contain: summary, keywords, introductions, conclusions and bibliography.
3. Reviews. Commentary about recently published books that should contain fair critique and description.
4. The writing should be complete with appropriate capitals and lowercase, and should be free of mechanical errors such as with wording or spelling. Capitalized words should be accented.
5. Notes should be at the foot of the page.
6. Parenthetical references should be presented in the following format:
If the name and surname of the author are mentioned in the text, they should be immediately accompanied by parenthesis with the year of the work, for example: capital de producción, como sostiene Muñoz y Oliveira (1979).
If the name of the author is not mentioned in the text, the surname year of publication should be cited, for example: la oferta y la demanda de la mano de obra en expansión (Muñoz y Oliveira 1979).
If it is deemed necessary to put the page number that the information was taken from, put in parenthesis the surname of the author, the year of the publication followed by a colon, and the page number, for example: ...la aparición de actividades de "autoempleo" en el sector terciario (Muñoz y Oliveira 1979:18).
If multiple works by the same author with the same year are cited in the text , then following the name of the author add the year followed by a lowercase letter in order to distinguish among the works, for example: ...en lo que se ha insistido (Huxley 1947a:411)[...] es en la importancia del desarrollo (Huxley 1947b:18).
7. With the keywords, list a maximum of five words that are not found in the title in alphabetical order that identify the main themes of the work.
8. The summary should only be one paragraph with a maximum of 200 words and should indicate the justification, importance, methodology and most important conclusions.
9. In the case of using materials and variables, they should be clearly described.
10. All of the figures, tables and photos should be progressively numbered (fig. 1, table 2, photograph 5). The photographs should have an appropriate level of contrast to be copied and if it is possible, the original should be sent, indicating on the reverse the number and title of the photograph.
11. The bibliography should contain a list of all the mentioned citations in alphabetical order according to the first letter of the surname of the main author, for example: VEDEYEN, JOSEPH T. 1995 Laser Electronics. Prentice Hall. Third Edition. New Jesey. 778p.
12. The size of the articles should be no larger than 20 double-spaced pages (approximately 27000 characters).
